Black Teknigas extends Watts’ expertise in the gas control equipment market

Following the acquisition of Black Teknigas in September 2006, Watts Industries is enjoying significant export opportunities in Europe, North America and the Far East through Black’s EN approved primary products and established distribution channels and OEM customer base.

Black Teknigas, located in St Neots, designs, develops and manufactures a range of gas control products and systems for combustion, industrial, medical, laboratory and specialty gas applications. It specialises in electrohydraulically operated emergency shut off valves and also manufactures general purpose solenoid valves and pressure switches. The company is a key supplier of high pressure manifold systems to the UK’s leading gas producers.
